Large Antique Glass Dome

Stunning large glass dome from England dating from late 19th century.  These domes can be used now exactly as they were then - for displaying plants, curiosities, taxidermy or anything else that you treasure. 

Base is made of painted plywood and looks like it has been made to fit more recently but it looks good together and the simple little block feet give it a rustic charm.

I am reluctant to courier this as I'm stunned that it has made it all the way from the UK in one piece and I don't want it to break on the last leg of its journey to you!  So when you make your purchase I will contact you regarding delivery - this one needs to be delivered personally.
